Most people see bowling as a sport enjoyed by both the expert and the novice bowler. But in reality, a bowling party is perfect if you are looking for something to do during a long break from office work or a team-building activity.
The best thing about bowling is that anybody can bowl – man or woman, young or old, disabled or not. It is easy to learn, and you can either take it seriously or play just for fun. But what many do not realize is that the bowler benefits a lot from it. Aside from being happy just by playing, the individual also gets a lot of advantages when it comes to health.

Bowling promotes a healthy cardiovascular system via increased heart rate, lower cholesterol levels, improved blood circulation, and better oxygen utilization.
Improves hand and eye coordination
Bowling requires you to take down ten pins with a ball at a distance of about sixty feet. Doing that in one strike means that you probably have the best eye and hand coordination in that alley. Hitting a spare also means that you are good at playing the game. But if you hit gutter balls, take heart for there is no need to despair. Practice makes perfect. If you bowl often, you will get better at knocking out those pins.
