DOST 2018 Telangana Degree admissions: For the admission to the undergraduate courses in Telangana will be started from 10th May for the academic year. The Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) notified on Tuesday that the Degree Online Admissions Telangana (DOST-2018), beginning the admission process for degree courses.
Registration will be held through the Degree Online Services, Telangana (DOST) portal. A total of 1,173 colleges in Telangana are participating in the DOST online admissions for the academic year 2018-2019.
Candidates those who need to register on the DOST portal for the admission to degree courses offered by universities. Students can apply for the admissions into various UG courses in degree colleges affiliated to state universities through the DOST portal.
Candidates who register for DOST can select their choice of colleges and courses online from May 10 to 26. Candidates can register with a late fee of Rs.400 from May 27 to 29.
Degree admission registration will be held at the official website dost.cgg.gov.in. The certificate verification for the special category candidates will be conducted from May 28 to May 30.
The first phase of seat allotment to be done on June 4 as per the schedule. Students have to report to allotted colleges from the date of June 5 to June 12.
Apart from the degree admission, students seeking admission in Engineering, Agriculture, and Medical (Pharmacy, Veterinary etc.) will have to apply to TSEAMCET 2018.
