In the year 2015, the results were announced by the Secondary Education Board of Assam on 2 June 2015 where more than 3.7 lakh students appeared for the Assam HSLC examination.

For the academic year 2014-2015, around 3,86,763 students attended for SEBA Board HSLC exam. According to SEBA Board reports, as many as 51,046 students got the first division.
