IPL 2018 Tamil: One of the biggest Southern Asia’s Sports television network channel is even getting bigger more than ever now by having official IPL media rights. Star India Private Limited gained broadcast and digital media rights for next five years for Rs 16,347.5 crore.
In May 2017, the network launched first Tamil Sports Channel which is Star Sports 1 Tamil. Later, all the important tournaments in all games are broadcasted on this channel with the Tamil commentary.
Totally, there are ten television channels which all providing IPL live stream matches in India. So, this IPL 11 is available in six languages such as Hindi, English, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Bengali.
Tamil is the native language of Tamil Nadu, Chennai Super Kings is the IPL team who represent the state. Star Sports 1 Tamil is available for all the cricket fans who all like to watch CSK and all other IPL matches in Tamil in India.
Chennai Super Kings set to play their first home match on 10th April against to Kolkata Knight Riders. After their first IPL match win over Mumbai Indians, they will meet KKR at Chennai.

Star India tried to get a license from Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, Government of India for new channels in Marathi, Bengali, Telugu and Malayalam languages. However, the network telecasting IPL 2018 in Telugu by using their regional movie channel, Maa Movies. For the Kannada people, they can watch all IPL 2018 matches on Star Suvarna Plus. Also, as mentioned previously, Jalsha Movies telecasting matches in the Bengali language.
