Isaivani: She is Chennai based Gaana Singer, who was born in 1996 to Selvi-Sivakumar in Royapuram. His father named her Isaivani to be brought up as a singer because of his struggles on stages. As same as his father's dream, she is now one of the important and unavoidable gaana singers because of her father's encouragement.
She started performing from the age of six along with her father, now she had performed over ten thousand shows.

Isaivani shared few words about her father on The Hindi report; “He is a self-taught musician. He would sing and play the keyboard.
He did a lot of light music shows and that is where I started. My father was very ambitious for me. At one point, I was confident enough to handle many solos at light music shows.”
In 2017, Gaana singer and composer Sabesh Solomon told him about Tamil film director Pa Ranjith's new and as-yet-untitled band — later known as the Casteless Collective. By joining the band, the musician became one of the world’s first professional female Gaana singers.
Isaivani Achievements: She has been listed as one of the BBC's 100 Most Inspiring and Influential Women Around the World by 2020.
Isaivani Intro Speech in BB5 Tamil: She shared about her achievements, struggles from her childhood, struggles of her father. Also, she has sung a song with the permission of the host. Kamal Haasan praised him as the musician who changed the status quo that Gaana song should be sung only by men.
