Squats

Squats have proven to be an integral part of core workouts to lose weight. It helps you tone your stomach, core, and thighs. Squats have proven to be vital as they engage your entire lower body. To properly do squats, 

  • Begin with your feet slightly apart and your arms on your sides or in front of your chest.
  • Then keep your back straight and bend your knees and get into the squat position. 
  • You ought to ensure your thighs are parallel to the floor.
