- Indian Performing Right Society License (IPRS)

- Excise License
One of the main licenses to be issued for a wedding is the Excise license. Without the excise license, one is not allowed to provide drinks in a wedding part or ceremony. Legal troubles might occur if the license is not granted and still liquor is being served. So, for having a proper cocktail party, one must gather permission for the excise license
- Loudspeaker License
As loudspeakers are termed as one of the reasons for noise pollution, parties and weddings need a proper license to use loudspeakers. Although there are no issues with granting license, but there is a certain time limit for the use of loudspeakers.
- Premises License
There is a license for the proper premises. The premises required for the full enjoyment of a wedding will be under the license contract and those places will receive 24/7 entertainment, including drinks and music.
- Performance License
To provide the guests attending the wedding with amusements, one might perform different things to entertain them. This is a compulsory license needed if the performer is below 18 years of age. The performances can be either from a dance group, or acrobatic or singing.
