West Bengal Madhyamik result 2018 to be released by the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education (WBBSE) on 6th June 2018, today. The board officials to be declared the results through the official website wbresult.nic.in and results.nic.in.
It is expected that the WB class 10th result 2018 will out around 9 am. On the same day of result declaration, students can collect their mark sheet from the respective schools after 10 am onwards. Stay tuned for live updates of result declaration!
The West Bengal Madhyamik examination was conducted between 12th March and 21st March of this year. According to the sources, there are more than 11 lakh students have appeared for the WBBSE class 10th exam in the academic year 2017-18.
When to compare with the previous years, the West Bengal girls have appeared more than the boys, this is the second year in the row followed by 2017. As per the report of HT, the strength of girls was 6,21,366 who all sat for the WB 10th examination, while the strength of boys in this year in the state was 4,81,555 which is lesser than the number of girls appeared for the 10th board exam.
Girls occupied 56 percent of the total strength in this examination, West Bengal Madhyamik 2018. As per the sources, it is expected that the result will be announced today on June 6, 2018.
Last year in 2017, the board of West Bengal announced the Madhyamik results on 27th May. So, it is late in this year. There was 85.05% students have cleared the West Bengal Madhyamik exam in 2017.
