Do Exercise at this time: For all of us, the best time to exercise is in the morning. But this is completely wrong. Exercise should be refreshing and invigorating to our body and mind. Only then will we have a benefit in exercising. Studies show that it is better to exercise in the evening than in the morning.
According to a recent study, the benefits of exercising overtime may vary. Jonas Thue Treebak, an associate professor at the University of Copenhagen, says: “The benefits of exercising in the evening outweigh the benefits in the morning. And the circadian clock (biological clock) of the body.”
According to Treebak, exercising in the morning stimulates muscle cells and helps keep the body very active. Thus the amount of sugar and fat in the body is uniform. Exercise done in the evening increases the full energy level of the body. That said it is possible to be active for a long time without getting tired.
In a further study, the researchers tested the mice. In it, we found a high metabolism of bone in the body of rats engaged in morning exercise. I was able to feel an increase in the body’s energy during the evening workout.
As you exercise regularly in the morning and evening, it directly regulates the protein HIF 1 alpha, which regulates the body's circadian clock (biological clock). Also, evening exercise reduces stress. The body cooperates better to exercise in the evening than in the morning.
